For all approved wedding ceremonies, a license must be provided at the minimum of 72 hours prior to the wedding ceremony to be compliant with Texas law. A ceremony scheduled within 24 hours, must have a signed affidavit by judge as law requires and provided upon signing application. A license does not need to be present at time of booking a wedding date in advance. For renewal of vows, a license must be presented upon signing application.

No outside officiants are allowed to perform any ceremonies without a written consent from chapel management.

We encourage clients and guests be present in formal or casual formal wear. Costumes are permitted with consent from chapel management. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone displaying offensive or revealing material.

Wedding March song of choice is provided within our ceremony packages and/or clients may bring their own musician or mariachi upon approval from chapel management.

All approved clients may choose to pay a 50% deposit or pay in full upon signing application.

In the event of a ceremony cancellation, we require at least 30 days notice in writing. All cancellations are subject to a loss of 75% of total contract amount. A check refunding 25% of the total amount paid on signed contract will be mailed after the scheduled wedding or vow renewal date.
